Your data, kept small and safe
VoxDux collects as little as possible. Students play with a nickname only. This notice explains what we keep and why, in plain words.
Students
- What we keep: a nickname, the class joined, mission scores, XP, streaks, skills and recurring language mistakes.
- What we never ask for: surname, email, birthday, address, photos or phone number.
- Who can see it: the student and their own teacher. Other teachers and other students cannot.
- Students are signed in anonymously in their browser. If they change device, they rejoin with their class code.
Teachers
- What we keep: name, school, email address and password (stored securely by our login provider), and the classes you create.
- Your email is used only to sign in and to contact you about VoxDux.
Contact form
Messages you send us (name, email, role, message) are used only to reply to you.
What we never do
- No advertising and no advertising trackers.
- We never sell or rent personal data.
- AI features receive only the text a student writes for an exercise, never their identity.
Where data is stored
Data is stored with our database provider in Singapore and protected so that each teacher sees only their own classes.
Your choices
Teachers can remove a student from a class at any time, which deletes that student's records. To delete a teacher account or ask about your data, contact us.
