VoxDux started with one question from a language teacher: why do students spend hours mastering a game, but lose interest in a language after one textbook chapter?
Vox is Latin for voice. Dux means leader, and in many schools the dux is the top student of the year. VoxDux is about finding your voice in a new language, and leading with it.
We turn real learning objectives into missions students want to finish: investigations, cities to save, speaking challenges. Teachers keep full control of the lesson; parents see real progress.
Every mission has a clear learning goal. The game rewards using the language correctly: grammar becomes visible, speaking unlocks the story, and mistakes become the next challenge instead of a red mark.
VoxDux is made to be used in class as well as at home. Teachers run live sessions, assign missions, add their own vocabulary and see which mistakes their class makes most.
VoxDux is in its pilot phase, created by a language teacher with 15 years of experience in international classrooms. We are starting with French for English-speaking students, then adding exam practice and more languages and subjects.
The pilot is free for teachers.
